TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: My ring lasted a MONTH… one day I was at home grabbing something out of a bag a month later of getting proposed to… my ring literally snapped in half. The process was terrible and long. I waited a month for my new ring to come in, and I didn’t even get a sincere apology or anything of them wanting to give compensation. The ceo spoke to me and kept it so bare minimum and didn’t even apologize. When I asked for there to be compensation for this they offered my fiancè $200… for a ring that was over 3k. I was penalized with having to wait a month before getting a ring back from them that snapped in half within a month of being engaged. This is very crazy and I wish my fiancè could’ve just gotten a full refund and got me a new ring from somewhere else. We now know that the wedding band will not be purchased here

Easy to work with. They made my anniversary bands just as I wanted. The rings are beautiful!
