VipseatsReviews of vipseats.com

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM Absolutely shocking experience with this company. I paid a significant amount for tickets to a major match and was repeatedly assured they would be delivered on time. Not only did the tickets never arrive, but I was left sitting in Manchester on match day with nothing—no tickets, no proper communication, and no accountability. It’s clear this company cannot be trusted to deliver what they sell. If you’re thinking of buying from them—don’t. Save yourself the stress, the wasted of money and time, and the risk of being completely let down.

Scammers…Just claimed money back from my bank and in 1 hour they refunded me. Please report to your bank as scam/fraud.

This company is a scam , i purchased tickets and they have never appeared. Do your self a favour and dont waste your time .

Bought Chelsea v PSG tickets for my son’s birthday. Was a bit wary about buying the tickets from this site initially but saw some good reviews and thought the website looked legit. Once purchased I did some further research and it seemed this company wasn’t legit. I emailed them asking when I would get tickets and received a response which I thought was promising! They confirmed I would receive the tickets the day before the game at a specific time, they didn’t arrive. I emailed them back and received a response giving me a later time in the day which the tickets never arrived. On the day was told we will get the tickets at 5.30pm and a goodwill gestures of a £50 refund will be made. The match was at 8pm tickets didn’t arrive and when I followed up on email received an out of office and no further response. Do not buy tickets from this website!

Big scam .Stay away from it as you’ll get skimmed like me.Bought tickets for Chelsea-PSG ,and no sign of them.Loads of reassuring emails that they will come, even offered a £50 refound for late delivery(witch never happened). They will be reported.

This website is a complete scam. I bought two tickets for a Chelsea FC Champions League match after being misled by their highly convincing Instagram ads and fake looking positive reviews and was promised delivery one day before the game. They then delayed it to match day and even offered a £50 “goodwill” refund to keep me from getting suspicious which is clearly part of their tactic. On the actual day, they completely stopped responding and never sent the tickets. The match came and went and we were left with nothing after paying in full. This is not bad service, this is outright fraud and deliberate deception. I have reported this to Action Fraud and will be pursuing a chargeback. Do not trust this site under any circumstances. The reviews are fake and you will lose your money.

Scammers not a real website don’t buy from here

This is a scam website, none of the tickets are real and you can tell by the ridiculously low prices. Do not buy. All the 5 star reviews have come on two separate days with all the users suspiciously buying from India. Clearly purchased reviews.
