They are a scam
They are a scam. They said I would receive my ticket for Chelsea v PSG game five days to the match and I didn’t receive it. They emailed me a day to the game, promising I would receive it in email at 4:30pm and still didn’t send it. They did not reply to my email. I booked hotel and train from West Midlands. I am now in London and I don’t have a ticket to watch the game. See their email below: I wanted to send you a further update regarding your tickets. Unfortunately, the final allocation release from the club has taken longer than expected, which has affected the timing of when we are able to issue the tickets. We sincerely apologise for this delay and completely understand how frustrating it can be, especially so close to the match. To ensure everything is resolved, I can confirm that your tickets will now be sent to you tomorrow at approximately 4:30 PM via email. Once received, you will be able to download them immediately and use them for entry at the stadium. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused by this delay, we will also be issuing a £50 refund back to your original payment method. This will be processed shortly and should reflect in your account within a few working days depending on your bank. Please accept our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
