I love this company and trust them 100%. I have ordered several items from them from a young lady Bonnie. She is so kind and so sweet and follows up with me for any questions that I may have. I recommend her to anyone who is looking on their website. Everyone at this company is kind and helpful in every way. Honestly they are the best company I've ever worked with and their products are terrific. I'd like to say thank you again Bonnie for everything you do.

Customer Service is so easy to access and use. The shoes are premium quality and very comfortable. I have loved everything that I’ve gotten. I’d rather get replicas and then take the leftover money to spend on experiences.

The Crozus reps were responsive to my questions as well as good at suggesting items for me. Two of my LV bags arrived safely and well packed via FedExp, and I am waiting one more. Thank you for a great experience!

I was sceptical about buying a purse, even after reading the great reviews thinking maybe they were AI generated or some other such falseness. I was greatly surprised that the communication from my assigned customer representative began early in the process and continued up until just past delivery. I was updated along the way, given a tracking number and had follow up to ensure I was happy with my LV purse. You really don't get service like that anymore. And I was thrilled with the purse, the Alma, inspecting it throughout for quality. I have authentic LV products and I honestly can't tell the difference. I will be shopping here going forward and referring friends, its legit!

I originally ordered two bags here and was so impressed, I ordered two more as gifts. I am now on my seventh bag, and I am pleased with the look and quality of all the products I have received! I like the LV and Chanel very much. Plus, there is always someone available to answer your questions about size and what not.
