their customer service is great! i had a problem with my order and they got right on it and solved my issue. The quality of the wallet I received was great! I definitely use their products again. I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag - the one that is more authentic and I was very pleased with the quality and the service I received. I have purchase from them before and it is a very trusted sight. Which is very refreshing. Would highly recommend this sight.
