Indeed, there modern fit written on the suit, however, we never had any complaints so far as slim fit / modern fit difference 1/2 cm (I am talking about our collection). First of all, we would like to mention, despite the delays on the shipping carrier side, which isn't under our control, we have refunded $15.00 to the original payment method. After checking details of your case there few important notes: 1) You mentioned that "size is small compared to the size you ordered" but there no orders in our history from you. Every company has their own size chart and if you failed to follow size chart, we don't take responsibility for the wrong size. 2) We have not refused return request. Hello Harrison, Kindly do not mislead and spread false information with our customers. We have fulfilled your order which was placed in Feb 10. Then you filed exchange and the exchange itself was received back in Feb 18th. We need some days to fulfill order, we can't just ship exchange right once we receive it , especially during weekends.
