About Viori

Our mission is to create highly-effective, natural cosmetics that preserve the values and traditions of the Red Yao Women.For over 2,000 years, the Red Yao tribe has lived isolated, high upon the rice-terraced mountains of Longsheng. They developed a distinct culture centered around rice cultivation and hair care. By using the nutrient-rich, Longsheng rice and rituals passed down mother-to-daughter for centuries, the Red Yao women have developed a completely natural method to achieve long, strong, healthy hair that doesn’t grey with age. With only 300 tribe members remaining, we feel it our responsibility to share their story with the world. We work directly with the Red Yao villagers to source their rice, at a premium, to add into our shampoos and hair care products. We use the same Red Yao techniques and rituals, developed over centuries, to hand-make and craft our cosmetics. Due to economic pressures, the Red Yao traditions are vulnerable to extinction within a generation. Along with sourcing rice at a premium, 5% of Viori’s profits go directly back to the Red Yao tribe and preserving the Longsheng area. To learn more, go to www.viori.com.

A wonderful product
I am so very happy I tried this shampoo bar, I just love it, I now get it every other month, it is just amazing, my hair looks and feels great ,I will always use it!

Great company!
My hair loves the bars! I've always subscribed to the Hidden Waterfall, but recently tried their new Native Essence Unscented bar and my hair feels and looks amazing! My scalp health has improved and is less dry. The customer service is so friendly and they really take care of their customers. They have a quick response time and have always helped me with my subscription of I have needed to change it.

The shampoo bar and customer service are top notch!
I am loving the shampoo! It smells amazing and my hair is SO clean! Also, the customer service with the company is top notch! I didn't receive my package even though USPS said it was delivered. Viori customer service sent me a replacement FREE of charge! The agent was so kind and quick to respond about my issue. I will continue supporting this great company!

Love using Viori! It is easy to use, lathers really well and smells so good! I have healthier ends and my hair feels stronger. I love what the company stands for and always have any questions resolved quickly by their team. Hidden Waterfall is my favorite scent!

Viori is the best! The products are amazing each bar's scents are better than the next! Also not to mention their customer service team is amazing! They always get back to me with great answers for all my questions! Can't wait to keep seeing results with my hair from using the product!

Great! Love their shampoo bars!
I have nothing bad to say about the company. I think they have good products. I order the shampoo bar when I need to and that's the only shampoo I use. It doesn't strip my hair of moisture and I battle dry skin and hair. I tried the conditioner and it was nice at first but after a few uses, started to gunk up my hair. It felt tacky - even after a good, long rinse. But I love the shampoo. I hope they release more products.

excellent customer service
I really like the shampoo and conditioner bars. Waterfall is my favorite scent. The bars make my hair soft and shiny. I joined auto ship for ease of use. I did have an issue once, but Bryce, the CEO, reached out personally and resolved the issue within minutes. I really appreciate the personalized attention. Definitely give Viori a try.

Hi Iat, first off, we are incredibly sorry! This is exactly why we send out reviews for Trust Pilot, as kind of the last place to catch any problems our customers might be having and try to remedy them! Our startup has only been around for ten months. We are training new CS agents, using new systems, and in general, just trying to figure things out as a whole. Not an excuse to let customers have a bad experience, just kind of a reality for us right now. I would also like to make sure you know that our auto-ship program is run by Recharge Payments. It is all automatic, and some times it does have issues. We did recently have to migrate from Stripe to Braintree payments processors, which could have messed up your shipping date. Or, maybe the system just decided to do its own thing. Either way, I wanted to let you know that if you have not been 100% refunded for your first order and the auto-ship order, I will personally refund you for everything because you had such a bad experience. Email me at [email protected], and I will get you taken care of ASAP. I am also going to dig into this case and figure out what happened and make sure customers like yourself do NOT go unanswered. I would also like to get on the phone with you to see if there is anything else we can do to help you. Anyway, I know 2020 has been hard enough; I am sorry we added to that!
