I have fine fragile hair. A few years ago I was maintaining ombré/baby lights hair coloring. I’m growing out the color treated parts but want to maintain length so I’m not chopping it and trying to really take care of the damaged ends. So my hair has broken a lot and gets that crunchy, frazzled look easily on the ends. I also try to use extremely gentle shampoo with infrequent washing to keep it healthy. I have been using co-conditioners which are great for my hair health but since my hair is so fine and my scalp is naturally oily it always felt like my hair was slightly greasy. Even with the co-conditioner I needed to use hair masks every time I washed to keep my hair soft and to ward away that crunchy texture on the bleached ends which made my hair weighted down and again not feeling the cleanest. I used the viori shampoo and conditioner bar with the musk scent for the first time last night and fell asleep on wet hair with only a light spray on leave in and I woke up with light, very clean feeling, smooth and shiny roots, and my ends were also smooth and crunch-free! It feels very moisturized with lots of movement. This is my first use so I can’t say much on the hair growth factor but I will keep an eye and make another review on that. I also like the eco-friendly design and packaging. I’ve read some dissent about the use of the Yao culture to sell these products, with people believing it’s exploitation. I think bringing knowledge of this culture to a wider audience and by providing any proceeds to the tribe at all is really a good thing. If the tribe is at risk of becoming extinct, the only way to to share their value and culture with the world in a way the tribe cannot do themselves. So despite what some may say, I think the close relationship they have with the tribe is admirable and better than buying a product that lines the pockets only of bigger businesses with no perks to “the little guy”.

I don’t know what I did without my Viori shampoo and conditioner all these years!! The smell is amazing and they make my hair so shiny and soft. This shampoo and conditioner I feel has really repaired my dry damaged hair. This product is amazing and I’m so happy to support a great mission!!!

I love this product. I was experiencing a lot of hair loss then I switched to viori and within a couple weeks my hair stopped falling out and was fuller and healthier than ever!

I love the shampoo and conditioner bars. I got the Citrus Yao and it smells amazing! The bars last a long time between 3-5 months using every other day. The shampoo gives a clean feel and provides the light feel to my thin hair, and conditioner leaves it soft without weighing down. I love not having plastic waste and the convenience of solid products.
