When i first purchased Viori shampoo and conditioner it was because i wanted to cut back on my use of plastic where i could and i liked that there was a mission involved and i was happy to help. What i have found was the shampoo and conditioner that i have been searching for my whole adult life (i’m 65). I have curly hair and I’ve tried literally hundreds of brands in the search for the holy grail. I had given up and just decided to focus on other things. Viori Hidden Waterfall shampoo and conditioner seems to have the exact balance of protein and moisture that my hair needs. My hair has never been in better condition. I use a light cream gel after and i get soft, silky, perfect curls. I do the subscription and have it shipped every 2 months and i never run out. I hope this brand succeeds for lots of reasons but mostly because my hair loves it!!

This was the very first time I really loved a shampoo bar. I have been using this brand for almost a year and can't recommend it enough. I love their products- clean ingredients, they are supporting a great cause, recently leaping bunny certified and their packaging is absolutely gorgeous and giftable. Edited to add that their customer service is friendly and replies quickly.

bars worked just ok, left my hair pretty dried out. Only plus was they smell amazing. Wanted to log into my account to maybe change what scent I was getting and could not get logged in. did the forgot my password multiple times and was never sent an email. Frustrated I tried to contact customer service through chat and email with only a response that someone would be with me shortly. Luckily I used paypal and could turn off the re occuring payment with them. No customer service at all. Would not recommend

Actually worked for me! I have straight hair. I used to have thick, fine hair, as in a lot of hair but the hairs are fine. After I had covid, a whole lot came out. I am using this in hopes it will be better for my scalp and hair than the more chemical shampoos while it recovers. I feel like it rly did make my hair feel cleaner and less greasy but still soft and moisturized. And I have new growth although I don’t know how much to attribute to this shampoo. Also it’s I am not a chemist so I cannot vouch for the goodness of the chemicals or whatever but yeah it seems like a good shampoo and conditioner bar situation

I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner bars, I've been hooked for awhile. I had gotten the wrong bars this past time, but they emailed me back the very next day fixing the problem. The customer service team is truly amazing. The lady was so sweet and took care of it fast. I love the citrus smell this product has been my favorite by far.

Viori shampoo and conditioner bars have worked very well for my hair. I have fine wavy hair that is reactive to humidity. Living in south Louisiana this is often a problem however these products have almost completely eliminated my hair becoming frizzy and unruly when the humidity level is high. Hair is soft, shiny and manageable. Thanks Viori!!!

I love this! This brand uses high-quality ingredients and has wonderful customer service. I have several scalp issues and the shampoo bar did wonders improving and healing my scalp.

I tried two of the subs and they smell beautifully. But even more important they work really well. I have extremely long hair and I only use it once or twice a week. The sole place my hair smooth shiny and with a lot of volume. My kids love it too.
