My package, due for the holidays, never arrived on time,it actually came to my door 3 months later, the amazing Violette team, sent me a bisou balm as a gift for the inconvenience. I find this a very kind gesture which for me it speaks not only of agreat brand, but also an amaxing team behind it. Love the brand,and also their customer service is top. Anyone looking for a brand that not cares for you, it is cuelty free and helps the planet, do not hesitate to buy Violette_Fr, I promise you won´t be dissapointed, I can clearly see that Violette the founder is there taking things very seriously and having a compromise with her customers, bravo

Violette_FR is an amazing conscientious innovative intentional brand - for the creative or demure and everywhere in between. Products are high quality pigments - best on the market. Customer service is superb on any and every occasion. Shoutout to Sasha last fall when I ran into a limit of how many lip balms I could add into my cart and wanted to get a little something for all my aunts and cousins thus I reached out and was able to be assisted. I've been able to give feedback on products/packaging and it's been a delight to have a brand be so hands on and attentive. I have nothing unkind to say about this brand.

I have had the best customer service experiences with this company by far, exceeding any other brand. I had purchased a product that unfortunately was difficult for me to use (nothing wrong with the product, just user error). I had missed the return window by a few weeks, but explained the situation hoping for some solution. They were flexible, accommodating, and the entire process was simple and straightforward. I love this brand, love every product I’ve purchased (even the one I’m too silly to figure out how to use well) and I love their values.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I could have easily been put off. I just want to give a great review for great customer service and absolutely beautiful products. I initially ordered the Bisou Balm, but after waiting 3 weeks, I reached out to see what was happening. The Violette team were on it straight away and kept me posted on their contact with the carrier. Another week in and they made the decision that my order had probably been lost and issued a refund + 25% off my next order. They also said if it did get delivered, to keep it. So I hesitantly ordered another colour, within a week they both arrived a day apart. I contacted the team to let them know and they told me to enjoy the products. A few days ago, I was telling my friends about how much I love the lipsticks, then the very next day I received a Balm Amour, with a note to apologise for all the hassle I had with my first order. This balm is glorious & so moisturising. In a world where ordering online is so convenient, I think we have lost that valued, in contact customer care that we could get at a store. Most companies don’t even have an email to contact them if there’s an issue. This is where I think Violette_FR is leading the field with their personal touch to customer care.
