I have recently contacted them for boum-boum milk’s spray nozzle which has deteriorated a lot over the years. Which is not a problem if it’s just a normal bottle which you can toss at the end. It’s a refillable bottle so I contacted the customer service. They were kind enough to not only sent me a spray nozzle for 100ml bottle but also a bisou jelly along with it. I am so pleased I can enjoy the boum-boum milk as normal as it has saved me a lot of time over the years when I am running out the door with kids. Amazing customer service!
