Beautiful Products, Great Philosophy—A Bit of Patience Needed
I was initially apprehensive about ordering from Violette because I had read so many negative reviews regarding their logistics and operations. However, as with any brand in its early stages, I recognize that while the product is exceptional, the operational side might need time to catch up. The brand’s philosophy, ethos, and rhetoric were all clear and compelling, so I decided to give it a try and support them through this phase. It did take about 10 days for my products to arrive, but when they did, they were beautifully packaged. I’m so glad I decided to order, because the products themselves are fantastic—exactly what I had hoped for. I can confidently say that the wait was worth it.
