My experience with the products and with the brand's costumer service has been great in the three occasions I've purchased through the website. The last time, during holiday season, my package was declared lost in transit after almost a month but costumer service helped me since the first moment I asked about the delay and gave me a full refund. I live outside the US and shipping times usually take longer for this brand, updates from costumer service have always been prompt and the team is really nice. Will definitely keep buying these products that are amazing.

I had the best customer service experience ever! They responded promptly and efficiently throughout the entire process. Initially, I thought my package was stolen, but they went above and beyond to investigate and confirm whether it had been delivered. It was, but for some reason, I never received it. They were willing to issue a refund, but I wanted the product, so they resend it to another address. Weeks later, I discovered that the delivery company had mistakenly read my address and sent it to someone else! All and all, I’ll be coming back as I’m obsessed with their product and will probably just send it to another address since the 9 in my address is looking like an 8:/

Love their customer service. Very professional and friendly. I received a product - I wasn't satisfied by the consistency of the formula through the bottle (who knows maybe it was all good as I didn't even try it) I contacted the customer service - they didn't waste my time or make me go out of my way to prove that the product is off. They were extremely swift and quickly offered me options to resolve the issue. Many brands underestimate the value of customer service. I personally find myself going back to brands that have great customers service because it shows that they value their customers. And the opposite is also true, no matter how much I like a brand, if the customer service isn't good, I am not going back. As for the products, I have almost all of the collection, and I love them all. Can't say one bad thing. Very unique formulas and colors.

My experience with the VIOLETTE_FR Team has been truly positive and I absolutely recommend ordering directly from the website. The order was very quickly processed (to be sent from US to Romania) and even though I had encountered a small issue with DHL, that was tackled in great efficiency and kindness by the Customer Experience Team. Despite the order being placed around Thanksgiving in US, the issue was quickly solved and it only took a few days for the package to arrive (around 4 days in all, as clearly stated on the website). Would definitely order again, in full confidence! The lipsticks I got are incredible (bisou balm, plume lip) and exactly what I was dreaming of. For velvety matte fans, you will adore them!
