I am using VIOFO-A139 Pro. I bought it about July 2023. Unfortunately the problems with the camera started at August 2025. In Poland we have 2 years varranty (guaranted by the Polish law) I was pretty sure that Polish distrobutor promised 3 yers of warranty. I wrtited to them, but they refuse to help. I decided to raise the ticket do the Viofo (viofo.com). Fortunetely for me they agreeed to replace the broken camera. It took 2 weeks and I get the new one. I do appreciate that kind of service. Thnks again for proffesional support.The camera works well, incredible picture (4K for front HD for rear an interrior)

Initially had issues with the front camera microSD card slot of the A129 Plus Duo cameras as there was a gap just above it where the card could get stuck if inserted. I contacted the help service and was met with very timely and helpful responses. Cassie helped me through the entire experience when it came to trying to get the initial SD card out, replacing the camera and SD card when asked, and letting me know roughly the time frame of getting the replacements. She was also very kind and thorough about if I needed any further assistance or support. Overall a wonderful experience! The cameras are also relatively easy to set up. The only thing I would dock points for would be that there are not really enough wire clips to keep the wires out of the way. Clear camera view, easy to understand instructions, and easy to navigate app are some things to point out as positives. So far 10/10 customer service and 9/10 regarding the cameras.

My Viofo A129 Plus Duo stopped working after 4 years. I reached out to Viofo tech support and they were very responsive. I followed their troubleshooting instructions, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the issue. So, they replaced the dashcam for a fraction of its original price. I am happy with my experience.

I had a problem with the rear camera on my Viofo A229 Plus. My online reseller was supposed to take care of it, but they've become completely inactive. Attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. Fortunately, I was able to arrange a replacement through Viofo's in-house support team. Communication with Viofo support via email was seamless after registering the product on the website, and I still find Viofo's willingness to replace the camera themselves very accommodating. Thank you, Viofo!

I had a suggestion for a special option, to save more and longer clips in privacy mode. I never thought I will get it, it was more like a suggestion in general. But they made a custom firmware for me and this is so cool! Never had a customer service experience like this! So great!
