Couldn’t be happier with my product. I have two of their dash cams and I absolutely love them. The customer service is wonderful easy to work with.

3 of us ordered a Viofo dash cam online before Christmas. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong ones. Not only that, but we didnt realise we had until much later. I contacted Viofo and a very kind customer representative called Cassie arranged for an exchange as a gesture of goodwill. We are all so grateful. And really pleased with the cameras.

Customer service was great and the cameras work really well with high visibility especially at night. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality dashcam.

I’ve just installed my Viofo A129 dual dash cam. At first I had some issues because the rear camera wasn’t working. I contacted customer support and Josie replied to me and helped me resolve the problem. They were very efficient and provided excellent service. If you’re looking for a dash cam, I highly recommend Viofo — they are definitely worth the money.

Nach 10 Monaten GPS-Halterung defekt. Soll komplette Kamera zurückschicken . Also alle verlegten Kabel im Autohimmel u.s.w. wieder ausbauen nur weil ein Teil für 24€ defekt ist. DAS KANN DOCH NICHT SEIN.

I have an A329 in one car bought through a UK importer. That site has disappeared and the Viofo UK site also went missing (today it's part visible on my PC, but unusable, and still just a godaddy parking site on my phone), so I turned here. Mini 2 $118 (inc NC sales tax). I'm happy to pay in $, but when I put my UK address in, it changes to £s and the price is ker-ching £110. If it was priced the same as in the US, that should be £87. They also had offers and prices shown, but when I put a camera in the shopping basket, that price magically increased. Essential extras (e..g. hardwire kits and fuse taps) are way overpriced.

I have been using VIOFO products for a couple years and am impressed with both quality and reliability of their devices. I particularly appreciate that their more recent additions such as the battery pack (BP100) are still compatible with a dashcam I purchased back in 2018. I had a follow-up question about this product, which was quickly answered in a day's time via email. All in all, they will continue to be my go-to brand for any dashcam related purchases in the future.

Viofo has a winning combination: 1) a product that has great features and build quality. 2) a friendly support group that responds quickly to resolve issues. The purchase and installation of an a229 pro went smoothly and is working perfectly. I purchased a GPS module mount so I can move the unit to my recreation vehicle and unfortunately, the shipment was lost. I contacted Viofo support and they responded within a day, and suggested a reasonable wait period. When that expired, I requested a reship and it went out the very next day and I received it within a week. The support representative I dealt with (Josie Zhang) was amazing to deal with. I highly recommend Viofo!
