I made an order on September 29 paid $250 plus express shipping.I noticed I continued to get emails from them but being that I’m running a business, I thought it was my confirmation emails. Five days later I go check to see what’s going on with the stickers and I have no confirmation number. I have nothing. I had to go through my computer history to find my confirmation number which let me know that my design hadn’t even been approved. The company did not offer to rush my order or to make it right. They just offered a refund. I did not order these stickers for a notebook, I’m going to an event out of the country and they put me in a very bad position.

Buyers beware- this company is out to scam you. Do NOT order from this company! Terrible customer service and misleading information on the website.

Total junk. Service sucks. They sent my order to a random wrong place and I had to chase them down about it. For an almost 50 dollar order. Then my stickers show up and they are both defective and I had to cut my 2 apart to make it work and it still looks bad. Poor product. Poor service.

So exciting seeing my work as a tangible quality product- Working with the online ordering was very easy, very straight forward. The decisions made about boarders by the Vinyl Status team required no feedback as they made intelligent choices. Each of the many detailed stickers turned up safely and my daughter was so impressed, she asked for some of my designs (High confidence/admiration)

The stickers I ordered from vinyl status are vibrant, high-quality and super-sticky. People have tried to peel (and take) the stickers that are already stuck on things, but can't seem to get them off, which is Awesome. Fast customer service, too. Highly recommend.

Vinyl Status has become my go to sticker vendor! All my orders come out great and the turnaround time is fantastic! I tried a few other places and haven't received the service I have from Vinyl Status. I tried another vendor and it took over a month to receive. Will always be using VS for all my sticker purchases! Thank you!

I ordered vinyl decals for my office windows, and they came out beautifully. They were easy to apply, fit perfectly, and instantly improved the appearance of the space. Great quality and excellent service from start to finish.

The customer service reps are all overseas. Going back and forth with them is useless. They just contradict themselves with each email. Paid extra for Priority shipping which I was told was not actually for priority mail. Then the next email i am told I did pay for priority mail but that they just decided to cancel the label and ship it ground advantage and they “hope that clears up the timeline.” No, you just made my point for me. They use Lots of false advertising and over promising and under delivering. They try to upsell all the production and shipping options but it makes no difference because they ship using the cheapest method. Communication is like talking to a robot
