I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. It took them almost two months to ship a vinyl I ordered that was in stock and they never communicated that it would take so long. When I emailed them about a refund they finally created the shipping label but took two weeks to finallt ship it. First and last time I order from them. Awful experience.

Pre-ordered a record back in the beginning of February, money was immediately taken from my account and now almost 2 months after the album I pre-order has released I've still yet to get any kind of tracking number or anything. They don’t respond to emails only when you write a bad review on this website which I did last Month an they asked to take it down. Now almost mid April an I haven’t gotten any updates nothing like heck just give me back my money at this point Update as of 6/21 I got my money back so I give u 2stars but goin back to one because I ordered the same record somewhere else and guess what only waited three weeks and I got it, paid 5$ more but I got the record so….. yup not buyin from yall again

I pre-ordered from this site and it was pushed back, which is fine. But when I received my order it was the incorrect variant having pre-ordered an exclusive pressing, and receiving the standard. I emailed on June 10th. We are days away from September and despite following up, I'm still yet to hear back about receiving the vinyl that I specifically paid for. Very disappointed in the customer service offered by vinylmnky.

Avoid ordering from them. They overcharge on releases that are usually widely available and their policy WON’T ALLOW CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS. I pre-ordered an item that arrive damaged and now they don’t reply to my e-mails So I’m stuck with an item that I highly overpaid for. Shop somewhere else.

I’ve never experienced such awful customer service before from a small company. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and take your business elsewhere. They way the react to customers is truly so unprofessional. I’ve never once written a bad review about a company before but I guess there’s a first time for everything.

I was very disappointed with them. I was specifically looking for a vendor that would deliver my package before Christmas. I contacted them and asked if this would be possible (it was December 17th). Travis Jourdan wrote me back right away and said it would be if I ordered it right away, that it would be delivered in 3-4 days. So I purchased it. Instead of sending by UPS, which all the other vendors were doing, they sent it by USPS and it did not arrive until December 26th. My grandson had already flown home by that time. I will never purchase from them again. Travis Jourdan just posted a reply, saying you can't depend on USPS during the holidays. He has totally missed my points about why I will never use them again - 1) He should not have promised he could deliver 2) He should have disclosed he was using USPS and not something like UPS - if he had, I would have chosen another vendor. Of course USPS is unreliable during the holidays, everyone knows that. 3) If he had been honest, I would have paid more for either 2 day delivery or UPS or Fed Ex. But I was not given that choice. I was told that wasn't necessary.

Paid for membership over a month ago and still have not received a record yet
