Vinyl Me, PleaseReviews of vinylmeplease.com

I order the 12pk “scratch & dent” (+$200!!) & I had high hopes for some winners… (VMP has wronged me before— why else would I have 3 copies of Nil Frahm’s “Spaces; every bonus record they sent me was the same). I was enticed, but unfortunately was met with usual regret upon delivery: I recognized 3 artists, wanted 1 record out of 12. Additionally I was bombarded with phishing emails after ordering & pointed at articles breaking down VMPs demise. Disappointed, if not hoodwinked. Contact me about a return ?

I ordered a VMP Dings and Dents - 12 Pack and selected a genre that I enjoy and that is consistent with my previous purchases. The albums that I received were completely different than what I would normally listen to. Definitely not what I requested. Certainly not an experience I would recommend to anyone else.

It took a long time to get my item shipped.

It took a month and a half to finally receive in-stock records. Had to reach out 3 times over 3 weeks just to get an update. Even then the information was incorrect. Also, the "dents and dings" deal was a bit misleading. Most fell in this category, but one record was pretty crushed and some were not even sealed. One was just a cast-off from a box set. In whole, not a great experience

Very slow on turn around with delivery ordered and payment made on 19/02/25 didn’t deliver until 01/04/25 from US to UK

Buyer beware! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! VMP would get -5 stars if it was an option. Received a 3 month subscription as a gift from my wife, as I decided to buy a system to start my vinyl journey. Issues started as soon as I tried creating an account, 1/14/25. Then placed my first order. A few weeks pass and no delivery. Emailed to inquire and never received a response. My album was just delivered almost a month later. Picked my second album and received a notice that they're sending an album I didn't select. Emailed again and guess what? No reply almost 2 weeks later at this point. Can it get worse? Yes, it can! I get my delivery and there's no album in my delivery, just a bag and note the co-founders "Matt & Tyler" saying the VMP community is nothing without is customers. Don't waste your time and money on VMP!

VMP started off slow, got REALLY good and then end of last year imploded. Being member gave you access to some great titles, then that stopped. Now being a member is nothing more than having exclusive first dibs on their inventory of titles no one wanted. The problem with this new format is, if I wanted those titles I’d have gotten them already.

Customer service at VMP is great. I wish a tele option was available but the remote service has worked great for me this time. Thank uou
