My wife bought me a VMP subscription for Christmas. When I tried to claim it, they told me they weren’t honoring the subscription, because when my wife bought it, the previous owner had VMP, and the new owners only bought the assets of the company, not the liabilities. VMP did not want to make good on the VMP subscription. Zero stars.

Membership ended with the old company, never signed up with the new only. They fraudulently charged me $300s this month and are actively lying about their ability to refund as a resolution method for a paypal dispute. Nick Alt and Emily Muhoberac are criminals.

Dropped my membership when they began charging shipping to Canada. The "new" VMP tried to renew my subscription without permission 6 times in March, using my old credit information. Fortunately, the credit card flagged it and no payment went through. Either, they made a huge mistake or ... sketchy practice ... either way. It isn’t a good look.

Shame on this company, which used to be one of the best providers of high-quality vinyls. Orders worth hundreds of dollars remain unfulfilled, and the company simply cuts itself off from any communication, remaining just silent, ignoring and remaining. The class action lawsuit is warranted as the scamful practice hit customers who were loyal for so many years.

I made two preorders for vinyls. They haven’t even shipped it or refunded it I’ve emailed them details and they haven’t responded. They don’t even let me log in to their page anymore. I got ripped off hundred plus dollars.

They ripped me off to the tune of $146 for a membership I never wanted. They’ve never sent a record for this account either so I’m just out the money. Credit card company was of no use. Avoid VMP at all costs.

2 orders, zero deliveries. I’m not an economist, but something tells me that this company doesn’t get the concept of “money in exchange for goods”. The worst part is that their customer service hasn’t responded once.

I received a 3 month membership as a gift only to find after redeeming it and placing my first order / selection that VinylME no longer honor international shipping on memberships. I reached out to Customer Service to work this out and they responded promptly offering a refund or store credit. I replied with my choice and have had no action or response since (Over 2 months). I've tried contacting via their website, direct email, and even Instagram (desperate attempt...). In over two months I have had no contact or response from VinylMe and still get regular emails reminding me of my Membership (that I CAN'T use!!) Honestly a really poor experience from a service that by most accounts is great. Completely unexcusable given they appear to be using Zendesk and I've included ticket numbers etc... in each follow up.
