That said, we know that a multi-year delay is unacceptable, and we continually work on new options to improve liquidity and provide clients with faster exit options. Regarding your request to take physical delivery of your wines: we acknowledge that the pause in shipping has caused further frustration. We paused outbound shipments temporarily to redesign a more cost-effective and transparent shipping process—especially for international clients—but we understand how this has affected your ability to access your wines and we are accelerating efforts to reinstate this service. As for storage fees: wines remain insured and professionally stored during this time, which does incur ongoing costs.
