Cant remember who I spoke with but the service of this place is unbeatable. I ordered from Ny, a sales associate called me personally to ask how I heard about them, then sent me a hand written thank you card recapping our phone conversation. Truly exceptional attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 9 bottles of 2015 Republique Cabernet but received 1 bottle 2015, 2 bottles 2016, and 6 bottles 2017, without an explanation or a call. I won’t order from them again.

I will preface this by saying the customer service was friendly. VINOVation called me ~1 week AFTER I placed my order to inform me that only 4 of the 10 bottles I had purchased were in stock. Not my fault as if you plan to sell online, your inventory should have been accurate. If google knew of their lack of inventory issue I bet they would suspend them as a merchant. I got a story about how they’re updating systems which cause the issue. So, I asked if they would honor the free shipping on the 4 bottles due to their error, NOPE! So now I tried to find other wines to make up for the difference and maintain the free shipping. They were 0 for 5 on every request of wine I made stating they only dealt with low batch brands. So, 6 days after my order I got less then half of what I wanted, it hadn’t even shipped yet, I was forced to pay the ~$19 shipping because of their issue and therefore I would NOT recommend even the 1 star (no star was not an option). I can forgive technical issues, I can understand their business model of limited brands, what I can’t forgive, especially this day in age, is the complete lack of appreciation for the scenario they forced me into and the very “matter of fact” way I was put into a take it or leave situation. There wasn’t even an effort to make things right even when I tried to suggest resolutions and make up for their problem. All I received were recommendationS to spend more on stuff I didn’t want from a company I completely lost trust in. I appreciate the person who called, this is not a reflection of their efforts, this is a result of bad management. Hope you take this review as a learning moment - Best of luck.

Did not ship product. Did not tell me it was out of stock. Still have not provided my refund.
