The dual zone works well, it keeps a 10 degree differential. My only negative is that the noise level is higher than my previous wine cooler.

Unit cools great. Installed by Vinotemp recommended vendor. Only issue is the sound level. More cooling power, but a bit louder.

Had to jump through hoops trying to get the unit shipped to Irvine, so we drove to South West LA to their home location and picked it up. We were replacing another one of their units that had lasted fifteen years (gulp! without a service! ) After the purchase and getting it to our house, it occurred to me that it probably just needed a freon recharge, but no, we bought a new one. Now it’s installed and once more, we never even think about it, just get a bottle that feels like 55° when holding it. Have a lot of $ worth of wine that it’s baby sitting. Come to think of it, it might be one of our best friends.

We ordered the small wine refrigerator and liked the features (temp control, lockout and no handle) on this unit. The only thing we notice is that the unit is slightly noisy but nothing overbearing. We did have one glitch - found it one morning at a much lower temp than what it’s set for. I reset it and so far it’s holding. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we don’t have any more issues.

It's doing it's job, keeping my wines at a consistent temp! The shelves do not roll in and out easily, especially with Burgandy bottles. And, the hum of the motor, when it kicks in, is fairly loud. So, if background noise bothers you, don't put this in a room you live in. Other than that, I'm happy so far.

Delivery & setup service was excellent. Would prefer that the unit was a little deeper, because stacking a second row in front of the back row is a little unstable when bottles are stacked two rows high without a front stop. Big problem is that the bottom level will not get cooler than 62 degrees, even though the target temperature was set to 55 degrees, and reset several times to ensure the 55 degree target..

Everything handled as promised.

NIce unit, quiet and keeps temperature at the set degree. Good size for a small place.
