I purchased a vinotemp wine cooler. It stopped working after couple of years. I ordered a replacement control board 2 years ago. It lasted 2 years. I ordered a second replacement control board from vinotemp 3/26/2019. It stopped working 2 weeks later. Poor quality parts. I do not recommend vinotemp wine coolers.

Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind the product. Gave us false information. Worked less than 13 months. No authorized dealers in our area. Vinotemp solution was for us to buy a new unit 10 percent off. Unit cost over $4,000. Spent many hours trying to get through to them. Left numerous messages that were never answered. Impossible company to deal with.

I just had my local repair company complete the repair of my VT 1500. The unit is about 21 months old (purchased in July, 2017). Cost was $995. My total repair bill was $430. VinoTemp even marked up the S&H when they shipped the replacement parts to the dealer. This is a company that has a warranty that looks good on paper but is horrible. It is pretty obvious they do not want to stand by their work. I wish there was another option.

Will never buy another product from this company. A replacement hinge cover is over $30. $30 for a piece of plastic....My item retailed for $250. If I were to replace all the parts, the price this company charges for all the parts add up to MORE than $250. Unbelievable. Rip Off. Customer Service unwilling to help. I'll do without the part and will certainly buy a different brand next time around.

Poor customer service -- they do not return calls and have been unresponsive to my complaints about a new cooling unit that was shipped to me and is malfunctioning (I have owned 3 previous cooling units from Vinotemp that all operated properly). This company is no longer the reputable and professional organization I experienced over the years after I purchased a wine cellar in 1992.

I am sorry to say, I am total dissappointed in this firm. They do not stand behind their product. In 2010 I purchased an 84 bottle free standing wooden Vinotemp wine cooler. Last year, the upper mother board failed and I was able to purchase a replacement from the company. This year, the lower board failed and I tried to purchase a replacement. I was told they no longer have the part and could not help me. I have been trying, to no avail, to get the board repaired. So now I have a $2,000.00 piece of garbage.

Hello, This is a unit that has been discontinued for almost one decade. If we had the parts, we would surely supply them to you. We do recommend perhaps seeing if a service person is able to repair your unit, but parts for these units have passed its lifetime.

Auto Vino temp to replace in my Wine cellar stopped cooling so I called Vino temp rep took me through all the test to see what was going on still doesn’t cool called them back to tell them again and they never got back in touch with me my unit I’m sure is under warranty and no one will send me a new one not happy
