Been in touch with service dept they always get back to you as soon as possible. Still working on resolution.

Ordering via phone was fine. Followup on shipping info was poor! After ordering I was told by the person I ordered with that shipping info would be sent within 2 business days. That never happened inspire of 2 additional phone calls with the sales person! After several followup phone calls to find out when item would arrive I finally received the promised shipping information 3HOURS BEFORE THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED!!!!!!!! This being over 10 days after ordering!

A really good value and it is the perfect size for the available space. I only wish it would chill 3 degrees cooler and that the shelves would accommodate larger size wine bottles.

Vinotemp has requested a review of their service. I had no contact with their service reps with the product I purchased. With the two issues I had with the purchase of the wine refrigerator within one week, it was easier to return the product and start over with my purchase.

Seems excellent to date

The finished work of the furniture is beautiful and the color is very red which is what we wanted.

Chiller was delivered quickly with no damage. I let it sit for 24 hours and when I plugged it in, it started cooling immediately and quickly cooled my wine down to 56 degrees within a few hours. Pros are as follows: 1. Easy to set up and level. 2. Cooled down quickly. 3. Not noisy. Cons: 1. Cannot get 7 bottles on a shelf unless they are standard size. Most shelves will only hold six bottles. 2. The shelves only pull out 1/3 of the way so it is difficult to read the labels on the bottles while on the rack. 3. The lighting in the chiller is very dim and does not evenly illuminate the inside of the chiller. Overall it is a nice chiller and will serve its purpose, just be aware of the limitations.

Great looking, functional and space efficient wine cellar. Blue LED interior lights look cool and simple to use. Motor sounds little louder than expected but not too bad.
