Doesn’t cool properly. Too hard to find someone to service. Keep the bar low on this beautiful non cooling unit as another wasted space.

I have a Vino 2500 hzd. It has only been used for about four years. It is no longer cooling and the company says they cannot support it. They say they no longer use a compressor start relay with coil. First they said a new one would be $180. (typically one off the shelf is about $8.00), then they said I should get a new compressor for over $700. Now I cannot get anyone to help. Eight times in a row they put me on hold, and after 20 to 30 minutes they disconnect.

Very disappointed. We ordered the Vinotemp made specifically for garages from Costco. It was delivered in a week and set up in the place we designed. Loaded the cooler and turned it on. The cooler ran for approximately two hours and stopped. Multiple on line chats with Vinotemp were unsatisfactory as they did not communicate back until prodded. On my third contact I was told the part needed was being shipped to me. When I had not received the part two weeks later I again contacted them and today was informed the part was shipped today. Vinotemp's customer service is terrible. I have run out of patience and my husband is furious and wants to send the cooler back.

Very poor service and EXTREMELY difficult to talk with anyone-it is obvious they don’t want people to call. I ordered some additional shelves for my wine fridge back on May 2nd and still have not received them even though my credit card has been charged. I have sent two e-mails and just left my third VM in the past week asking for an update on where the shelves are. The wine fridge is fine but after sale service sucks!!!!! God forbid I need something fixed under warranty!!!!

I bought the VT-100 WINEDISP4 and it cannot dispense. I have learned a lot trying to get this expensive wine refrigerator to work. First, it comes with some disposable gas canisters and you must have the gas in order for it to dispense. I read the instructions clearly in the operation manual and it has a picture in the manual which reflects where you can find the way to connect the temporary canister of gas. The problem is the diagram in the manual does not match what I actually have. I was told by Vinotemp that I could open the electrical box and find the connection but I did not want to get into that so I ordered the regulator for an external gas tank two weeks ago so I could place an external gas cylinder to the unit. I called last week and they said it would be sent out for delivery late last week,however not it is the next week and I have received no notification of delivery. I am just warning any potential buyers that you should not plan on dispensing any wine from this unit right away because you need the right stuff to get it to dispense. Very frustrating given all of the money I spent to but this unit.

The refrigeration unit keeps shutting off. I have rest per the tech support and it is still not working. Talking one on one is not something they have been capable of. Very frustrating. Getting ready start another round of "sort of" communication.

Received two units in a row due to poor packaging. It took weeks for replacement which also arrived damaged. My advice is don't bother. On top of damage quality of workmanship appeared poor at best. Really disappointing.

How do you give less than 1 star ?? My refrigeration unit literally blew up. I sent support pictures. Yes, it was 5 years old -- and been replaced once already. We have 2 of these in our home at $4000 each and I thought Vinotemp would give some sort of compensatory price for the replacement on such a poorly designed and failed unit-- but no. I can buy the exact unit at Home Depot for $400.00 less than their retail price. Shame on them. Moving on. There are other companies to deal with -- and I suggest you do the same.
