The wine cooler arrived in great shape and has been working well thus far. Very little noise and cools fine.

When I discovered a problem with my Vinotemp I placed a call and I was taken care of right away they followed up on my problem and I am satisfied .

I received a wine cooler that was defective. They were more than accommodating to replace it, which they did. I have full faith in what they tell you. They stand by their product .

Pleased with my Vinotemp. I have had it for about a month. 90% of the wines I drink are in Bordeaux bottles so these fit nicely on the shelves....11 to a shelf. There is an area at the bottom of the refrigerator to place oddly shaped bottles. The shelves are sturdy. Upon sliding open the shelves, the labels on the wine bottles do not get scratched. I am pleased to have room for all my wine. The only reason I am giving this unit 4 stars is because of the delivery. I ordered this unit through the Home Depot and I paid to have the unit placed in my house for me. I never received a call from the delivery service and my unit had dents on both sides. Home Depot remedied the situation by giving me a 10% refund. Other than that, I am very pleased with this unit.

Beautiful and Quiet. I love this wine fridge and it's duel zone capabilities. Great touch with the LED lights too.

Thourough trouble shooting. Friendly staff. Issue still not totally resolved, but expect it to be in a week.

Purchased the Vinotemp 300-Bottle Dual-Zone Wine Cooler VT-300-SS-2Z from Costco. The White Glove delivery went great and the crew worked hard to get the unit just right. After a few small glitches on getting the unit set up properly, all seems to be going well. Needed to call Vinotemp for some questions on set up, and they were quick to reply and very helpful.

My concerns about the communication regarding the warranty repairs on my cooling unit were resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the quick response from the repair and customer service teams!
