Very loud fridge
The wine fridge I purchased makes very load popping sounds at regular intervals, at least once an hour. I spoke with the vendor I bought it from and they stated other people have made this complaint as well.

Product is good and is running as advertised. Had a problem with the installation where the power cord did not seal as it was supposed to when pulling down on it. Callled for a fix but no-one returned my call. Have tried to seal up the opening where the power cord comes through the unit with duct tape but there should be a small plug with a hole in the middle that could be installed in half’s to seal this opening. Any suggestions???

Thank you for the feedback, Terrible no one got back to you. I will see if we can find your email address, you can also start a ticket, which may be easier than calling. https://vinotemp.supportsystem.com/open.php

Unlike other Vinotemp models I've had, this one does not allow to reverse the door direction. Takes a while to dial temperature range in to meet storage requirements for different types of wine. Does not accommodate some vintage campaign bottles except on top selves of sections; not an optimal temperature zone. But the price is right, and overall, I am satisfied with this fridge.

Love the product, but had trouble attaching the handle to the door. Had to leave the flat washers off. Also, the serial number is in an inaccessible place. I had to lie on my stomach and crawl into the unit to see it.

Hello Joan, thank you for being a customer. The serial numbers used to be located in the back which made it hard to pull out when it was installed, so by putting it on the inside, yet not visible seemed the best way to apply it. fyi you can use your phone without reaching in to take a picture. Thank you.

The "white glove" delivery guys were nice people, but my walls are dinged in two places and they didn't level the fridge. Fortunately I'm handy with the spackle, texture, and paint, and my cookbook and I figured out how to do the leveling. The fridge itself is cheap feeling, but should suffice to keep the wine cooled to the proper temperature so long as the hardware doesn't crap out. Waiting on earthquake straps before I fill it with bottles.

While this wine refrigerator is a good value and sits nicely where we have it, it is not quiet. We keep it set for red wine storage at 55 degrees. The house is usually about 72. It is not unreasonably warm, but even at that temperature, the model I have seems to cut off and on a lot and when it cuts off, it has a sharp rattle. It ink that even with a house around 72 degrees, it may struggle a little. I've noticed that in the morning, when the house may be closer to 68 degrees, it cuts on less and therefore rattles less. I wish I could stop that, but I'm not sure how to other than a cooler house or perhaps turning the thermostat on the refrigerator up. Any Suggestions?

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that your unit is making a rattling noise. The noise is most likely coming from the compressor. Is it making the noise the entire time the compressor is running or just when it turns on/off? If you would like to provide a contact number/email?, our service department can troubleshoot with you.

Set up the unit and it will not change between Celsius and Fahrenheit. I would have expected the unit to work but it is stuck on Celsius.

They claim it holds approximately 45 bottles. They must have been using half bottles. I would say more like 30.
