My unit was delivered days late as well as damaged. Although a replacement was delivered a couple of more weeks later, the experience to get the unit was far from pleasant. With the exception of one gentleman, the agents I spoke to were impolite.

The unit works very well, but the temperature fluctuates 3 degrees before the compressor kicks on. Customer service is not the greatest. Never got to speak to a person and everything was taken care of through emails. The problem was simple, one broken plastic foot. Two weeks later, they sent a 3 replacement feet that don't match the foot that is broken. Can't have matching feet with only 3 replacement feet. I like the instruction book, all words no pictures. Easy to set up and the unit is fairly quiet. I would buy this VT-winedisp2 again.

I bought a 440TD in 1991. Cooling unit worked fine with one repair until this year 2018 and I replaced it with their updated unit. I bought a second 440TD in 2011. Cooling unit was a big issue. Had to send it back to the factory two different times for repair. Delt with Nick Tamayo in customer service. He needs to be let go. I like the box design. The cooling units could be better. Customer service needs a shake-up.

Received this for my new house....The control panel doesn't work, and the door. was cracked, maybe they got this on clearance, but it is new and should at least function. tried to contact customer service to get some resolution, NO RESPONSE!!! Buy a cheaper one that works.

Registered for warranty and no response. As well, after calling in and discussing My new purchase there wa no willingness to send out a new screw in caster. A simple part with very little cost to provide customer satisfaction. After many weeks I am asked to fill out this questionnaire and still no reply even to register my warranty. Cmon guys, you are better then this. Great products but awful customer svc to date.

This is my third Viotemp cooler. The first two failed after approx 12 months of use. I’m hoping this one lasts longer. I never attempted to contract the seller. The warranty had expired.It did a good job of cooling my wine when operating.

I needed this cooler replaced. The original was only about five years old and rusted out and stopped cooling. I tried to buy it through a third party who had a much better price and then three weeks after I ordered it they said the manufacturer would not sell it to them. I had to then order through VinoTemp and paid almost double! They had me! Nothing I could do.

This review format seems a bit too broad. Not sure what you're asking. My experience with customer service and sales reps were fine. They were able to provide me with decent information that I was looking for. As for their products, they seem very expensive considering the life expectancy of the cooling system I've read online. The dimensions of a new unit were identical to my old one on paper, but the new unit seemed like a much tighter fit. Considering the weight of the unit, it was a bit of a chore to install.
