Solidly made housing, shelves that glide effortlessly, and a wine refrigerator that appears in person exactly as it appears on line highlight this Vinotemp unit. Extra care seems to have been used in packing the refrigerator for transport - a contract to other customers’ experiences to units that were damaged in shipping. Why did I ding the one star: the unit, as others have noted, is a little noisy and could benefit from a little sound absorption material. In terms of performance, the refrigerator has been effortless.

Love the wine refrigerator. Had some trouble to begin with the adjustable feet. the length of the screw on the adjustable feet needs to be longer to help in leveling the refrigerator.

The unit is very stylish in design and well built. It does get a little noisy when the compressor kicks in. I am disappointed in the racking system and how it holds the bottles. No way it fits the amount of bottles it’s supposed to hold and large bottles are an issue. The lights on top showcase the top shelf but lacking in lighting everywhere else. I have the dual zone model and so far it’s working properly. But......it’s been only 2 months since we installed the unit. All in all... I do like the product.

Good looking wine cooler but the temperature light is way too bright and doesn’t really have to be displayed on the outside. Bad design flaw

There was a nice selection of wine refrigerators. I've had mine for about two months now. So far it is working well. It is attractive. I like the dim blue light it gives off when the light is switched on. I also like the temperature locking feature. My only real complaints are: that it took a long time to be delivered - but that isn't that big of a deal; and, it can be powered off easily. When the glass is being cleaned or you accidentally lean against it, you can easily hit the power switch and not realize you've turned it off until things are warmed up inside. Also not a big deal now that I know that and am conscious to make sure I check it from time to time. I'm happy with my purchase.

Set temps are accurate according to a second thermometer. The compressor is loud when it initially starts but then it quickly becomes reasonably quiet.
