This product would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn't for the insanely loud fan, coming on every 15 minutes or so. The good news is that the wine cooler as a whole is very well built, solid shelves, good seal, dual temp controls keep it within 1 degree of set temp, it looks good, it cools perfectly, it even fits in excess of the 46 bottles advertised, if you have some skinny ice wine bottles included, it's just a great product and even the compressor itself is super quiet. All that for less than a grand, amazing.. Now about that fan, we replaced it with a high end ultra quiet DC fan of same capacity and the unit is perfect now. Only wish it came like that from the factory.

Love the look and design of the fridge but it arrived with an extremely noisy motor. So much so that we need to switch it off at night just to sleep. It can be heard across the house when the motor runs. I’ve been in contact with Vinotemp and they are shipping a new motor/fan that hopefully will fix the problem. If not, I will be returning the fridge. It’s also taken weeks to try and get this repaired. I hope the new motor install will be quick once the part arrives next week!

It was missing two of the adjustable feet. This ended up being a real hassle. I really hate products made in China. Your product is made in China. Your support never answered. I called it 4 times. I had another Vinotemp that went bad after 8 years. Called before and Richard help. Changed everything, compressor, board (3x) and never could get it to work. So I ordered this new one which was like the old one. I guess I like abusing myself but I needed something to fit in the hole in the cabinets. After several days I just had an idea to take the legs (bolts) off the old one and put on the new one. They were the same. We'll see how long this new one lasts but so far so good.

I've only had this unit for about a month so this may be a little premature for an accurate review. Overall, it seems to be doing a good job. I've noticed a couple of drawbacks though that I thought would be worth mentioning. 1. Larger bottles, i.e. chardonnay, don't fit well in the racks. They're pretty snug, which binds the racks when you try to pull them out. 2. This unit puts out a lot of heat. More than I thought would be possible. Hope this helps.

New unit is a replacement for an older vinotemp model that quit working. Design wise, I don't like that the shelves aren't full extension like my old unit and I am having trouble getting the dual zone feature figured out. It wants to have same temperature both upper and lower.... have reached out to Vinotemp for clearer instructions....

The two-zone wine cooler arrived with the bottom zone not operating. The initial request for service went unanswered. The second request was followed up within 24 hours, but the service representative was unable to locate the serial number of the unit, even though I had registered it online. Once we sorted that out and worked through some troubleshooting steps, he quickly had several replacement parts for a variety of potential repairs shipped directly to my house. The service technician immediately scheduled the repair.

We ordered 4 wine refrigerators and one of them was faulty. We didn’t know about it until 3 of our 3L bottles corks started popping out. Our contact person responded quickly but it is taking too long to get a new part to fix it. Once we get the part and determine if that is the problem then we will know. We had to empty out all the wine and wait for the new part because we didn’t want any other wine ruined. We are told we have to pull out the wine refrigerator because they won’t do it. So this is gong to cost me labor to have someone pull it out and then put it back.

Good value for money and looks good with a clear glass door with a well laid out control panel on it. However it only holds the number of bottles indicated if they are of a slim Bordeaux shape otherwise Burgundy and Champagne shaped bottles have to be squeezed in. The door cannot be reversed (the cable to the control panel in the door prevents this).
