These guys are very knowledgeable of their product and talk you through the necessary service with parts to keep their product in tip top shape. They sent several how to videos and with parts received, I'm back in business with my latest assembly project. I own several Vino-temp wine coolers and they all work quit flawlessly. Very dependable product. Highly recomend

First one did not work and I had to give away several cases of old French wines! The recipients were happy it failed! You took the bad one back and sent a like replacement! It works great with less wine, lol! I am sorry I had to give my wine away but happy with the replacement!

I had a problem with a fridge I bought about 8 years ago. I contacted VinoTemp and Jared helped me out. Helped me figure out that it was the Overload Relay (like I would have ever been able to do that on my own). Then walked me through how to install the new unit once it arrived. Best customer service that I have received in a long time.

We have a vinotemp wine cooler for a long time and it has worked perfectly, until one day it stopped cooling and I think it was my fault because I plugged with an extension cord, so I called vinotemp services and Richard Moreno helped me. After listening to all my description he knew exactly what the problem was, and he sent me the specification and how to change the relay. I followed his directions, bought the part online, it arrived in a few days and today I changed the relay. it was very easy, and Richard stayed patiently on the phone with me helping me to get it done! I am so happy and thankful for his caring and knowledge about my wine cooler problem. it is working and cooling now like new! Thank you Richard Moreno!

My wine cooler recently stopped working. I did some research on the internet and discovered that it needed a new control board. I called Vinotemp's customer service and spoke with a technician who guided me to the part I needed. When the part arrived, I wasn't sure if it was the right one and he provided a helpful diagram to show how to perform the repair. In a few minutes, I swapped out the old control board and installed the new one and now the cooler is working perfectly.

We have a Vinotemp VT60 wine cellar that is 16 years old. We love it and are taking good care of it. But all of a sudden it just quit. We called your company, and reached Richard Moreno. It was the best thing that could happen to us with this problem. He is very fond of the VT60 and, after listening to our description, said "it sounds like the starter" and asked if I was handy. To which my reply was "sort of". With his guidance, instruction, and many helpful hints, we got the old starter out and ordered a new one. Richard said I should call him when it arrived, as it did in a couple of days. Again, in helping me, Richard was most thoughtful, thorough, and amazingly patient. He very carefully, walked me through the process of replacing the starter -- not an easy matter for me, but eureka! Our VT60 is now back running and operating exactly as it should. Thank you Richard!! You were amazingly knowledgeable, helpful, and especially, patient. Kudos to you and your company.

Our 15 year old mini cellar's control board malfunctioned causing the compressor to lock and run non-stop. I questioned the decision to spend $150+ to replace the control board versus purchasing a new unit. In the end, with the Vinotemp's service (parts and technical support) I feel our decision to order and replace the part ourselves was painless. All of the staff that we interacted with were responsive, knowledgeable, and took a special interest to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We can't expect our unit to last another 15 years but will definitely consider Vinotemp when replacing the unit due to the exceptional customer service we received during the repair. Thanks All!!
