I have been quite disappointed in the amount of noise made by the compressor- sounds like the wind whistling at a sound level that is more than our dishwasher when it is running. This had been a similar problem with a less expensive unit from NewAire that we bought and returned. Looks like the Vinotemp Beverage cooler is the same unit but with better touch screen controls. Will be discussing this with Vinotemp. Hopefully it can be improved.

Bought VinoTemp 180 bottle wine cooler. 13 months to the day after purchase the cooler froze 5 bottles of wine, even though the temperature was set at 60 for upper and lower cabinets. 12 months is the warranty from VinoTemp. Bought extended service from New Leaf, recommended by VinoTemp. No service providers in the state of Arizona. Have to pay for the service and try to get reimbursed by New Leaf. Not at all happy with this purchase and what appears to be a 12 month "planned obsolescence".

I purchased a small cooling unit and wall mounted racks. Received them and did not open. My contractor made my room the wrong size. I sent an email to my rep asking if I could return. They said they have a no return policy but to send pictures of said items and they would get back. I tried calling , e-mailing and chatting. After 8 days someone on chat again told me of the non return policy . They also said my rep was out sick the day before and matters like this had to go to “higher ups” for a decision. I am now going to try installing because I can’t wait any longer. All I wanted was someone to communicate with me. I now fear using my 3 year warranty I purchased. In my opinion I believe it would be easier to purchase from another company with better customer service.

The wine cooler is working. However, I had a problem with the leveling legs. One of the legs was in too tight and I could not loosen it. When I tried a wrench, the leg broke. I contacted service, explaining the leg broke, with a piece still screwed in. Their response was to send me new legs. I contacted them saying I still had a problem with getting the leg out, and they said use a wrench. If I could not get it out before, what makes them think I can do it now? Anyway, the unit is leveled with newspaper, painstakingly put there by my wife while I held the unit. The problem with the leg makes me wonder about their quality control.

Hello Sir, Sincerest apologies that you are having such difficulty with the leveling foot that is not descending. This circumstance is definitely not the norm for our products, and we would have to believe this due to freight damage by our Vendors 3rd party carrier. Perhaps while in their delivery agent's possession, the unit was dropped hard enough on that bottom corner, and resulted the foot being pushed beyond its usual installation point. We would suggest to try using vice grips to override any resistance, and place it on the metal threading, and turn it counter clockwise until the thread comes down and loosens. You should be able to replace this with the new foot that has been shipped to you.

The refrigerator is fine, but I have yet to get any help with figuring out how to close the door easily.

Great product. Poor customer service. It was suppose to be ready for pick up in 2 days. It wasn't ready for almost 10 days (and after 3 phone calls)

1. We recently bought two Designer Series, 2 zone, wine storage units. One or them will not maintain anywhere close to the temp range specified in the manual (warmer zone). Also, the control panel was not attached. I turned in a trouble ticket a month ago and have heard nothing. 2. Ordered additional shelves for both units over a month ago and have no status updates and no projected delivery date. 3. Requested a price on a stand-alone cooling unit, but never received a response.

Eta would be 2-3 business days for ADCO (warranty network) to contact you. The company you contacted (a reseller ) has submitted an order for your additional shelves.

We have owned a Vintemp for about 3 years and have been very happy until a week ago when it quit cooling. We have tried to contact customer service several times but they do not return calls. Next option was to call several local service people and their response was we no longer service Vintemp because parts are too hard to find. So what am I to do? Happy with the product. But customer service sucks.
