VinotempReviews of vinotemp.com

We've used Vinotemp for many years. That's why we re-ordered our new wine cooler from you, this time. Love the new design where you can see the labels from the outside. Now, we don't have to pull out the bottle to see what it is. It also looks cool to see all the beautiful labels.

The unit works fine. Only (minor) issue is that the company should include ok up attachments for the water supply and drain.

A very conscientious company. Well after purchasing a couple of products of which I had problems with one their response to repairing said product was excellent.

A great two zone wine cooler. Holds the temperature well and has lots of room for different size bottles. Would definitely recommend this unit.

We recently reached out to Vinotemp regarding an older model wine cooler we inherited with a home purchase. Richard Moreno in tech support was very responsive and helpful, walking us through diagnostics to determine a small part replacement might resolve our problems. The part arrived quickly and was easily installed with his pictorial directions. The wine cooler is online and we are so thankful for the attention and consideration of Vinotemp. They saved us lots of hassle and big bucks. Cheers!

Great cooler and looks great! They don’t tell one, but apparently one needs to keep the bottom part about 10 degree warmer than the top. Also be careful where bottles are place. The mid section needs clearance to circulate the cooler air. I had a problem with mine but they got it fixed and that suggests that they honor their warranties!

Love it!!!! Only had it a month but so far so good!

Great to work with Dan
