The vinotemp cooler is a perfect fit for me. It has worked well and allows me the opportunity to purchase larger orders to take advantage of discounts. I would definitely purchase this item again.

So after spending a decent amount of money to upgrade from my old 35 bottle fridge from BestBuy to the 155 bottle I have to say, I'm really satisfied. It does a great job of maintaining the temperature and it's quiet. As expected it doesn't actually hold 155 bottles but I knew that going in, some bottle are just too fat. The only other annoyance is that the temperature indicator lights stay on all the time.

Excellent service support. I called in to technical support when my Vinotemp compressor stopped working. We had experienced a power surge in the house. Richard in tech support provided me with detailed instructions regarding how to diagnose issue with voltmeter, and walked me through. No high voltage getting to compressor. Ordered new board, received a few days later, installed, and unit is working like new. I wish all companies had similar tech support so that those of us who are capable, can repair appliances like this.

Great fridge

I replaced my old cooler unit in my wine locker with a new more efficient one. Its been in for a few months now and seems to be running nice and smooth. Thanks!

White glove delivery from Costco was great. So far I really like the unit. The paperwork which I keep in the unit feels slightly damp so I suspect that the humidity control is keeping it (and the corks, I hope) slightly damp.

I've had no issues at all. When you put warm bottles of wine in the fridge the temp rises due to the warmth of the bottles. Within a few hours the temps are lowered right where they are supposed to be. I love my little wine fridge :)

Excellent service when I had to replace my refrigeration unit.
