If you're looking for mediocre quality at a high price, Vineyard Vines is for you. Customer service isn't any help and returns are a nightmare. I returned two items over a month ago and still have not received credit for the items I shipped back. I inquired about my return to customer service and they were absolutely no help at all. A monkey could have done the paperwork in a month but yet, here we are. Pathetic way to run a company.

Poor customer service at this location. Very rude. The manager needs to how to talk to people politely and not assume just because I’m Asian and think I’m cheap. Yes she gave my family attitude bc we return 2 items for our son with tags on and not worn. She spoke down to me and my wife is Caucasian and gave her back bc the manager spoke down to me. Then the second time we came in and she said oh hey it’s you guys welcome back. This store is not all that drive a little more to Easton and given better service and employee not following you. Oh and hey I called corporate just to let them know and they said a district manager would call back in 24 hours and been 3 weeks plus. No regards to customer. I also found out that they put a block on my military discount as well. Customers be ware. Not luxury retail store.

I purchased a sweatshirt as a Christmas present. After being worn once and washing on delicate the shoulder seam came out of the wash and was all apart. I immediately contacted customer service who provided me a return label. It is a month later and they are stating the return has not been received. It is not my fault it is lost. The refuse to do anything until they receive the sweatshirt. I have provided pictures as evidence. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint

Fabric ISNT soft and tailoring is designed for the obese. Im a 6', 175 lb guy, with a waistline 32'. That covers a huge percentage of male population and the length of shirt arms and body of shirt is appropriate for a large but the mid body of shirt is much wider than the shoulders And the quality of fabric is so stiff that it doesn't conquer to the body to lay a little more flat. Looks disgusting. Like something A young teenager may have tailored in home economics class. $170 for an experiment to see if it shrinks down in the right areas, lol, and fabric loosens a little. Do not approach this company. Terrible integrity.

horrible communication, i paid for my order and got free shipping. when the package arrived 4 days late the mail carrier said i had to pay $10.59. i had forgot to order something so i ordered a second item on 11/26/22, today is 12/15/22 and i still have not received anything i called several days ago and they said it was returned to sender and possibly put back in inventory and there are no more in stock so i could choose a different color or would have to wait for a refund which would take days. i was told i would recieve a email whether it’s been put into inventory and sold again to someone else even though i paid for said sweater.. i still haven’t received a email and can’t get an answer other than “we will get back with you” will never order again!

I tried to by online, they did not place the order BUT did charge me for it. Tried to contact them through e-mail, they didn't respond, then I called; after 20 min wait they picked up and said there is nothing they can do... now I have to fight my bank to get my money back.
