Ordered 2 shirts as a surprise graduation gift for my son. I placed the order 22 days ago and have heard nothing, other than an email acknowledging my order. Nothing has shown up and, as far as I can tell, nothing has shipped. Customer service is only open M-F when many of us are working (no weekend hours). I sent an email and left a voice mail. Not sure I will get a call or email back. So much for companies hurting for business...

I know there is a virus going around but at least this company can not still form people especially first responders .They need to have someone answer the phones and then reply back to the emails it had now been three days and I still haven't heard weather or not if I am going to get my three shirts or not . And if I don't here back soon then I will be going to the bank to get my refund .

I actually really like VV. I have to disagree with a previous reviewed who said the shirts are cheap quality and start falling apart after a wash. I have bought many VV shirts for my son and the ones I have purchased over a year ago STILL don't have any holes and stains wash out very easily. The fabric feels really nice and has a thicker texture to them. One thing I have always had an issue with though is their shipping process. I can never retrieve a tracking number from them. I always receive an order number but not one for specifically tracking, so I never know when to expect my items. They give a 7-10 day estimate. That does bother me and I am not sure If there is just something I am missing? Anyway there is my honest review.

Horrible company! We placed an online order and our account was charged immediately for the $276. That was fine. Then 5 day's later they decide to take an additional $276 from our account&our item's haven't even been shipped. We've called customer service and spoke to Chris, obviously got no where with him&lied to. We've e-mailed them several time's and still we're yet to even get a response. Extremely angry off&what we're all going through now a day's with this epidemic going around money is extremely scarce. Our order was only $276 and they've got the audacity to fkn take $552 from us and it sure in hell hasn't been credited back to us.. Also we just received our item's this am and one item we ordered isn't even the size we PURCHASED!!! Worse company and we'll never do business with Vineyard Vines again.

I had an excellent experience with Vineyard Vines returns. I was on hold for less that two minutes. It is now February and I realized one item ordered at Christmas did not arrive. They corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. Never had any issues like previous review, order here several times a year. BostonAlice

My wife and I tried to purchase PJ's on Saturday. The on line store at Vineyard Vines was down and took our payment with no merchandise. My wife tried several times, we are not out over $1,200 dollars. On line was out of the office on Saturday, waited over 30 minutes on Sunday. Call into corporate on Monday, no call back. We are still out 1,200 by Wednesday. Be careful buying on line with the Vine.

THE KIDS T-SHIRTS ARE CHEAPLY MADE IN ASIA AND DO NOT LAST!!! We bought multiple cotton t-shirts from VV and after one wash each shirt showed small holes. Poor quality and cheaply made but sold for $29.00 each. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP SHIRTS FROM VINEYARD VINES UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR MONEY.
