To clarify: our “Free Veteran T-Shirt Offer” covers the shirt itself at no cost — customers only pay for shipping and optional customization (such as name, rank, or branch details). We clearly note this during checkout, but we can absolutely do better at making that distinction clearer upfront. We started this offer as a way to give back to veterans — not to trick anyone — and it pains us to know you walked away feeling disappointed.
