Iave always liked the products
Ia have always liked the products. They are just as described. Nothing is listed as being gold, only to turn out to be plastic. While the tracking apps seem to be unreliable, the customer service E-mail and chat are top notch, and more than helpful enough, and definitely a quick response. The company does good work, and is honorable when it comes to their product.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re truly glad to hear that you’ve consistently enjoyed our products and found them to be exactly as described. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the tracking apps — we know they can occasionally be unreliable, but it means a lot to hear that our email and chat support were able to step in and help quickly. Your kind words about our team and the integrity of our work really motivate us to keep improving every day. Thank you for trusting VinCustom — we're always here if you need anything. 🙏

This is my second attempt to contact you. I would very much like to talk to someone about my order. As beautiful as the jacket and shirts are, it doesn’t do any good for me because I ordered a small and got extra large.

GREAT ITEMS
As an ARMY VETERAN'S mom I am very proud of my son's service to our great country. Thank you for providing these great items that show how proud we are of our vets and our great country.
Response from vincustom.comDec 8, 2025
Thank you so much for your kind words — and please extend our deepest respect to your son for his service. We’re honored that our items can play even a small part in expressing the pride your family carries for him and for our country. Moms like you represent the heart of the military community, and it truly means a lot to us that you chose VinCustom. If you ever need anything or have a design you want made just for him, we’re always here to help. Thank you again for the support. 🇺🇸

Useless item.
The ordering process was simple, but this is NOT an American company. They print their hats (not embroidered or even nicely made) in China, then ship them direct to you, I ordered a USAF hat, and along with all the Air Force images, it said, “America’s Marines” on the hat bill. Clearly Chinese people not grasping what’s written. The delivery process was also poor, with poor tracking via some unknown shipping company that you can’t contact.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is not the standard we work hard to deliver. Our caps are embroidered, not printed, and each order is produced individually based on the customization details provided. What you described with the wording on the bill is definitely not correct, and we’d like to investigate it immediately to make things right for you. Regarding shipping, we use international carriers that hand off to USPS once the package arrives in the U.S., but you should always be able to track your order without issues. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item you received so our team can check it and arrange a replacement or a proper solution as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate you giving us the chance to make this righ

I made a huge error when I attempted to…
I made a huge error when I attempted to place an order with VinCustom. I inadvertently triplicated my order. I realized my mistake immediately and I reached out to their Customer Service Team. To my surprise, I got an immediate response and they were more than willing to correct my error. They deleted the 2 duplicate orders that I had made and still began processing my one order. Their customer support is truly outstanding. They replied immediately and worked with me to resolve my problem.

We truly appreciate your trust in VinCustom and your kind words about our customer support — it means a lot to us. If you ever need anything else, we’re always here to help! 🇺🇸

I'I'm angry as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore.
What went wrong? Are you friggin' kidding me? I don't believe your bogus 5 star reviews. You should be tarred and feathered for ripping off vets. My original order was for an Air Force hoodie of which I ordered XL (with all the accoutrements). They sent me a small. After taking photos of what I received for authorization I was sent a generic hoodie with no name, no branch of service, no rank, Nothing! The hundred bucks I spent is gone, I'll never get it back. It's a lesson learned.
Response from vincustom.comDec 8, 2025
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand why you’re frustrated. Receiving the wrong size or a generic item is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and it’s not acceptable to us either. We’d really like to fix this for you as quickly as possible. If you can send your order number and photos to [email protected] , our team will personally review it and make sure the correct Air Force hoodie—with all the custom details you ordered—is sent out or a proper solution is arranged. We take every customer concern seriously, especially from our veteran community, and we want to make this right. Please reach out so we can help you directly. Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this.

Great product and service. …
This purchase on my first receipt was easy and good time on getting it to me. Upon opening it unfortunately I had given them an incorrect date. I sent them the correct dates and they responded that it would be changed so it would come with my proper dates. When delivered it had not been corrected as we thought it would. I contacted VinCustoms and notified them about the mistake. They responded and said sorry for the mistake and they would correct it with corrected items. I received the corrected items with no hassle and very polite emails. I would strongly recommend them on anything they advertise.
Response from vincustom.comDec 8, 2025
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re really glad to hear that the order process was smooth and that our team was able to quickly correct the date issue for you. Mistakes can happen, but we always want to make them right — and we’re happy the corrected items arrived with no hassle. Your kind words about our communication and service mean a lot to us. Thank you for recommending VinCustom — we truly appreciate your support! 🙏💙
