The quality is not good and the frame is not well made. It can't provide better vision than my previous eyeglasses.

Screwed-up my first order, screwed-up the 2nd order and now I'm waiting for them to get it wright. They are difficult to contact and slow to respond. I will say their glasses are pretty good.

This is the worst ever. I haven't received my order. I have no idea when I will receive it, nobody let's me know where it is, I am not kept up to date. I however get regular emails asking to rate Vincerton and "We have a special deal for you" So at this point in time I really don't have anything good to say. I am actually thinking of uploading my comments to Facebook. I paid for an item that I don't have, so maybe it is a scam? I will definately not be recommending this to any of my friends. Terrible, terrible. I don't even receive my emails in English, it is in some other language that I don't know.

Finally the tracking numbers are the most transparent way to verify the legality of an ecommerce, our shipments are insured and have live tracking, tracking can be consulted in any external agent if you wish.

Received the glasses and immediately the frame fell apart and the brdige between the eyebrows/on the nose needs to be glued onto the frame Glasses are OK

Los lentes están excelentes, el tiempo de entrega también....más esperaba recibir algún tipo de funda pretectora y una tela limpiadora....algo más formal acordé a la empresa.

Por fin me han llegado, se ve muy bien con ellas más o menos hasta unos 55 u 60 centímetros, si miras más lejos ya vas viendo las letras como se ponen borrosas, y te duelen los ojos si miras a más de un metro, una patilla de plástico de las que se apoyan en la nariz venía flojo el tornillo y se ha caído cuando las he ido a limpiar, lo he apretado un poco y ya está bien

Estimado Paco, de acuerdo a lo que nos estas comentando te recomendamos adquirir la versión diamond progresivas, ya que tú has comprado la versión para lectura y según lo que estás comentando necesitas una graduación (diopteros) de cerca y otra de lejos, los lentes progresivos te van a permitir ver de cerca a +2 diopteros y a medida que subes la mirada la graduación ira disminuyendo hasta llegar a 0 diopteros, las lentes de lectura tiene la misma graduación en todo el lente, por eso te duele la vista al mirar lejos.
