Dear as we have explained to you in support, the second glasses you have bought do not fit you because you have chosen the wrong diopters. Please note that negative diopters are not the same as positive diopters, please in future purchases do not hesitate to ask us in the online chat and one of our friendly team will be happy to help you.

Screwed-up my first order, screwed-up the 2nd order and now I'm waiting for them to get it wright. They are difficult to contact and slow to respond. I will say their glasses are pretty good.
