Good shoes, but their return policy needs improvement. They charge $10 for a “handling fee” when you return AND you can’t even reuse the packaging because they vacuum seal their shoe boxes. I had to pay another $10 for a box big enough to hold the shoes. That’s a total of $20 that it cost me to return the shoes. I won’t buy directly from them again.
