My rant about a ladies white linen shirt lined with gold pinstripes made by Vince Camuto. When I first saw this shirt in Macy’s I thought it was really nice and it matched the pants by that so-called designer, so of course I bought it. Listen to this, I wore that shirt one time and because it’s white, I decided to wash it according to the directions. When I took it out of the water, I noticed it shrunk. I was livid, but I called the corporate office and explained what happened and was told by the customer service rep that they couldn’t do anything about it and that they only worked with shoes and bags. I was expecting them to stand behind their products, so I was taken aback by their response to me. I told them that I was going to put their response to me on all of my social media platforms, so here it is. My warning to you, do not buy anything from that designer with his shoddy clothing because all they want is your money. Rant over!!!!

I ordered red boots. I mistakenly put my Florida address in instead of my Boston address. I then called right away and asked someone to change it, literally minutes after putting the online order in. I was told the boots would go to Florida. Months later I was able to fly to Florida to finally get my boots. ($1900.00 round trip). When I got there, they had sent me yellow boots! I reported this and got an email that I could not get an exchange because I asked for help more than 30 days later! I would never recommend this company.

My shoes lasted 1.5 months and started falling apart. Wore only a few times. Very disappointing and would not buy this brand again.

This place will hold your refund I sent back some boots in Feb. and still never received my refund!!!It's June this place needs to get reported to BBB which I did!! Someone need to look into this on how they can keep your money and when you try to get a refund they will give you the run around. I believe there is some illegal thing going on with this company!

This company is a SCAM!!! Don't ever order from them! I ordered the same shoes twice because they claim FedEx lost my shoes the first time. So they claimed to have shipped me another pair. I'm tracking the shipment and it's been sitting in NJ for 8 days! I live in NYC! I'm about to tell them to run me my money!!! Meanwhile - I ordered shoes from DSW, Macys, and Nine West all within this time span. I received my shoes with no problems! Vince Camuto is a SCAM! I'm warning you all - don't order from them!

I returned a $509.97 order (3 pairs of Sangeti boots) and Vince Camuto's own warehouse confirmed receipt on April 30. An agent then promised in writing the refund would process May 11 it never did. When I followed up, I got a copy-paste "we'll escalate" reply, and the next agent asked me for the order number that was already sitting in the email chain. I resent every detail and have heard nothing since. Tracking shows delivered, they admit they have the items, and they're still holding my money with zero communication. At this point I'm disputing with my bank. Avoid until they fix their returns process.

Vince Camuto makes beautiful shoes, but I will never order them directly from their web site again. They pre-select the $5.99 "worry free" shipping insurance, which is a scam as shipping assurance should be their problem anyway. I removed the insurance selection, but when the credit card was processed, they added it back in. The shoes were not right for me and upon trying to return, they want to charge me over $10 to get my money back, even though they charged me for this supposed insurance. Scam me once, shame on you. You won't be scamming me again. I just won't visit your web site ever again and will tell everyone I discuss shoes with to avoid the web site.
