While the clothes are beautiful, the company is dishonest and disrespectful. They do not honor their offers and when you try to deal with customer service, they send snarky responses back. Trying to talk with someone in the corporate office is a joke. They refuse to speak with you. I was a loyal brand follower (through Nordstrom) but after my recent experiences with the company, I will not purchase Vince items from any merchant. A very dishonorable company. In this day and age, behavior like theirs is shameful.

Dealing with this company is like dealing with the Wizard of Oz. Phone calls to customer service are met with a message to email your complaint instead. Yet, no one answers the emails. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!

I wished I read the reviews before making my purchase. I bought two sweaters and one was not shopped over a week. I received marketing email during the week that the sweater is still available. But then after a couple days my order got cancelled. I was trying to buy the two sweaters together not just one. So if one of out of stock I need to return the other one as well. I tried to call customer service but the number could never get through and I can only email them. And my issue is still not resolved since the email customer service didn’t not answer my question. I won’t shop at this place again.

Unfortunately I feel like this review is also a waste of time, but I guess it feels good to vent somewhere . I’m exhausted to rehash the customer service issues I had over a shirt order that didn’t match what the product was online, but bottom line customer service is a joke and there is no number to call. Reading the other reviews, there appears to be no real number to call (on purpose), and you have to wait minimum 24 hrs for responses. It took me a week of this nonsense all just to get back to “return order and we’ll refund full amount “, oh and here’s a number to another brick and mortar location near you that you can call to see if you can have them get you the right shirt. Jerkoffs….I liked the brand and clothes , but this can’t be rewarded . They deserve to sink if they don’t care about taking care of people that are trying to buy their clothes and get insulting negligence responses . Signing off….hugely disappointed customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere on principle .

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only do they misrepresent product final sales but they do not answer how to solve this issue. Need to try and find and contact top management

Do not recommend for international buyers. They do not offer any customer service to international buyer, unless you can be satisfied by “self service “ ready made standardized responses to standardized questions webpage on the link they will redirect you to, for their customer service email address shown on the Vince.com website is no longer their primary contact for international buyers. Maybe mention that you don’t have human assistance for international clients next to it? In addition it’s not like they cover the expenses for international returns. I liked the products, but they’re not worth it for me to be working in their stead reading their encyclopedia without a solution for their problem. Khrystyna

I have been waiting for my refunds almost a month. I called the customer service (800-960-2231) several times and wrote them the emails. Nobody answered the phone and all the robotic email response. I am very frustrated and could not believe Vince provides such a horrible customer service!! I will give 0 star if I can.
