I love their shoes until I just got my new pair of gingham flats. The quality is not good. I wished I’d sent them back. The “ canvas” on the shoe is see through and I can actually see my toes! The soles just came out after wearing the shoes about 10 times or less. Never again.

Super nice design, heavy prices and average quality. Bought a LS tshirt and after two times use you can see the wear at the neck and under the arms. Despite the fancy design it’s a first and last for me.

Made an online purchase from Vince and did not receive product. UPS placed order in Amazon locker and code did not work. Told by Vince to file claim with UPS. Vince not helping. Terrible customer service. Over $2000 in lost product and they tell me they can’t help? Really? Some kind of agreement with UPS so I’m left to fend for myself!!! Do not buy on line or you may suffer the same thing

Overpriced and overstated. Silhouettes are tailored and classic like many other higher end brands that stick with finished, tight styling. Fabrics are standard - cotton is cotton. Made in Asia. Nothing to justify the overstated sense of self!

In March 2023 bought a beautiful cashmere sweater that was half off but I still paid over $300 for it. It began to pill immediately. When I complained about this to them they first said "We are so sorry to hear that your item is defective". When I followed up with pictures they said: "Please know that Vince does carry product that is made with very delicate materials such as cashmere, silk, etc which have natural tendencies to pill. Therefore, pilling will not be deemed a defect by our quality control team as this can naturally occur due to a multitude of reasons such and increase in temperature, being rubbed against any sort of surface, etc. To remove pills, drag a de-pilling comb over the surface of the item, paying extra attention to spots where friction occurs, like under the arms. This type of tool can be purchased at places like Target or on Amazon. To reduce future pilling, we recommend washing the item regularly according to the item's care instructions. This will ensure the fibers remain in the best shape possible." I do not recommend buying cashmere from this store.

International customer (UK); Dreadful customer care- prefer you to discuss any issues with e-global (who deal with their international deliveries) however they have no contact details ... Costly returns -either choose DHL which will cost you £27 or other method but will incur costs also. Nice clothes and fairly decent delivery time but I am now unlikely to order from their website as the customer care is so unsatisfactory and a hassle-Harvey Nichols have a good selection of Vince clothing as do net a porter
