Great support and tracking of our issue

After using Vinaudit to check a vin of a vehicle I wanted to purchase, I have full confidence in the company. I purchased the car and then had the car serviced. I asked the mechanic to check out the car and he reported back it was in great shape. I am really satisfied.

Purchased a vin check and before I could save the report, the browser crashed. Since it was not purchased in an account, I had nothing. So went to the online customer service link and opened a ticket. Within minutes, I received an email with the link to the report. So I was good. Later I noticed that my original purchase resulted in the system sending the report via email as well, but the mailer placed it in the spam folder. So all good and recommend the service.

The information you provided through your service has prevented me from buying a junk/salvage vehicle which had been repaired, repainted and being sold as a damaged-free vehicle. Would have been a nightmare if the deal has pushed through! Thanks a lot!

I came across VIN audit while looking for carfax coupons. Out of curiosity and their cheap service, I decided to give them a try. I also did a little research and found them listed on the NMVTIS website as an accredited provider so they must be legit. I received my report right away and although it is not as detailed as carfax and autocheck, it does include title history, sale records, major accident records and Junk/Salvage records. In my own opinion, for a cheap price, it is an excellent tool if you want a quick check and would like to know if the car had been in a major accident.

Highly recommended, it helped me when I bought my new car. Easy to understand, provides accurate and reliable information very handy for used car buyers.. at a price that is friendly on your wallet! J
