I ordered one color changing foundation and accidentally accepted a second due to a confusing checkout process. Either way I was excited. I received it and it’s not white or gray, it’s tan. Pretty close to the color of my skin but not as advertised. I messaged and first was told “it’s ok it’s white it will change to my skin tone”, then when I corrected them I was told it “couldn’t be truly white! How would it change to match skin tone if it was truly white”. All this being said it’s light, it lasts, and it’s a close match but not what is advertised. The smell however. Such a strong sickening baby powder smell was surprising and a deterrent to use. Terrible company with a scam product and poor customer service.

A little disappointed. It does not give you the coverage as seen on the ads. I do like the brush. I wish it had more coverage.

I just love VIMA makeup. I love the fact that it blends to my skin colour, and evens it out. I love that it isn't too heavy. Over the past few years I have been trying different foundations without success. They are either too light, or too heavy, not the right colour, look caked on, or look like I have used a palette knife to apply - VIMA is just right. By the end of my day at work, it still looks great on my skin. Will continue to buy into the future. Great product.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this makeup. It took a while for it to arrive, but I'm so glad it did. I dab one squirt on my fingers and that is enough for my whole face. It did not come out of the bottle white like it was in the ad, instead it was flesh colored and looked too light for my skin. But when I put it on it just disappeared. I love the fragrance and I have not had any problems with irritation. My skin feels soft even though the makeup's on and it does last all day. I highly recommend it.

Don't bother trying to get a refund. They not only sent me wrong product unused but have ghosted me once I declined their application instructions, I wanted the go on white and blends, but they sent me color. Customer service is a joke. A 50% refund was NEVER offered, I threw out your products since they are of no use to me. I was only told they were a bundle and not eligible for a refund. That was the last I heard from CS.

I find it very annoying and well, trickery, that a supposably Australian company, advertise the price as $45. But then you come to pay and it says $45 USD, meaning $75 Australian dollars. They will come back and say, well we put USD, but it is an obvious trick to try and get people to think it is $45. WHY is an Australian company advertising in USD. Just say the product is $75.

I am over 60 and usually have trouble finding the right colour for my skin. Vima matches perfectly. It gives a lovely natural look and covers all the right imperfections. I am very happy with this product

Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional Refund Process" If I could leave a zero-star review, I would. Their refund process is absolutely frustrating. They mention on their website that you need to send either a photo or video for a refund, so I submitted a photo. Now, they are asking for a video of how I’m applying the product! This back-and-forth is not only unnecessary but unprofessional. They need to seriously improve their customer service and refund process. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
