I orderd the makeup on June 2. Today is June 27 and I have NOT received anything. The tracking noted it was in Grapevine, TX (4 hours away) on June 10, and the last comment on June 22, says moving thru the system. Where is my order??? No one responds to my emails. So far I am not impressed.

I asked for a refund because the product is nothing like they described and is cakey on my skin. It’s gone after a few hours and doesn’t cover anything like they claim. It’s more like a very expensive tinted sunscreen. After multiple emails, I’ve just been ignored. I will never deal with this company again. I would like to respond to the response from vima below. I have all the communication between them and myself. The only time they responded to me was when I got PayPal involved because I was being ignored. The issue still remains unresolved. If vima really wanted to help it would’ve been resolved by now. The money back guarantee is a lie. I was offered a $27 refund when I paid over $110 for a dodgy product. Dodgy company and dodgy product, just don’t do it.

Product does what it says it will, I love it!

Vima make out like it's a risk-free, stress-free option to try out their product, but if the foundation doesn't work for you, trying to receive a refund is infuriating. The company demand a video, which is a huge invasion of privacy, and it is not stated that this is a requirement on their website (I see Vima have said in response to a similar review that it is, and that's not the case). The site says "We just ask that you share your reasons and, if possible, provide photos or videos to help us understand the issue." If possible. It does NOT say videos are mandatory. Had they been truthful about their video policy, I would never have purchased from them. Which I guess is why they lie about it. I'll avoid this company like the plague from now on, the back and forth emails trying to sort the issue is such a pain. And as an aside, Vima if you're reading this, please stop having your customer service agents signing off with 'Lots of love', it's extremely weird and disingenuous. Edit after company response: I have no idea what 'offer' they are talking about, and I never said the product caused a reaction on sensitive skin. They are clearly confusing me with another customer. And the communication surrounding refunds/returns did not 'come across' as misleading, it IS misleading. I have asked them to show me exactly where on their site the 'money-back guarantee' terms they parrot in emails appears on their website. Funnily enough, they've not responded to that.
