Not the product I ordered. (Edited)
I did get my item and it isn’t what I expected. Shipping was a little slower than expected. I had to send a email to ask why after 12 days not shipped. The packaging was a little less protection than I would have expected but I do not see any damage. I have received answer to my inquiry to an issue of the solar panel clear cover seems to be separating. Response was that it’s fine and has one year warranty. After lighting it up it seemed not very bright like I expected. This thing I received had only 40 LEDs. It isn’t the 200 LED TelePatriot I ordered. Not happy!

Our experience with Villohome started great...
Our experience with Villohome started great. Custom order that their customer service was very helpful with. Gave lots of great updates about the production schedule (though their manufacturing site looks like it is located at a garbage dump). What went wrong was that the sinks all had huge leaks before even being used once. Villohome refused to assist with this issue, instead telling us that we would need to be the ones to do the work for sealing (sealing does not fix a leak, it just helps prevent them). Why would we pay that much money for an incomplete product? Poor craftsmanship and disappointing customer service all around.

I never received my item
I never received my item. It’s impossible to reach customer service. They sent a fake tracking number that is not valid.

Picture and actual product not always the same.
The picture of the tray shown on your website did not match the product you sent me. The picture on your website showed a tray with darker shades of blue mixed with white. The product I received was more of a light aqua blue with tan specs. I wanted to match the existing pots in my garden.
