Not the doom and gloom I expected
I did this the wrong way around, paid and bought a product before reading the reviews and thankfully, I don't have a bad word to say like those in so many reviews previously. Thankfully all I have to say about Ghelter is positive. I had an old cap that has become warn and dirty. Despite this I was looking for the same hat to replace it as I liked the style. Ghelter was the only supplier that I could find who still sold the hat so I made a purchase for two hats in the style I wanted, but in two different colours. Ghelter kept me informed at every stage of the process. The order was placed easily, I recieved an email to say the order was accepted, being prepared and then dispatched. I only waited about a week for the order to be delivered. The order arrived in a plastic package which I thought was acceptable as a box would have been expensive and less environmentally friendly due its weight. Any downsides? My caps were a bit pricey, but I knew the cost beforehand so I can't really complain. If it was a little cheaper I would have given 5*. Thankfully I haven't had to use the return service. I do feel for the price you pay it would cover the cost of a return without impacting the business without the need for paying more for a return as some others report. So for me Ghelter was good and I am more than happy to use them again.
