I have ordered 8 hats in various styles from village hats. I cannot fault the quality of the hats, and the service. My experience was excellent. That being said, I have not had to return any items, so cannot comment on the returns system. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 👍🏼

Great hats good quality and great service! I ordered the wrong size hat and emailed the company. They were helpful friendly and efficient- good customer service. Following return of said hat via their rebound service, I received the hat ( which is a present) today and thankfully before Christmas. A good experience of this company. Thank you 🙏
